Pocketed in the corner of a long property, L residence consists of a single permanent and monolithic element that arises from the proportions and limitations of the site.
The rest of the house is gently floating above the ground thanks to the structural support of the L shaped wall. This also allows the opening of the other two facades of the 1 to 3 ratio rectangle.
